Sales Representative

Icon Equipment Solutions Philippines is looking for Sales Representatives to join our growing sales team. This is a quota-carrying, salaried position that includes and uncapped commission's structure.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prospect and develop new accounts.
• Initiate and develop relationships with potential customers.
• Work existing demand that has been qualified by our client strategy team.
• Orchestrate in-person visits to understand prospective client's business challenges and goals.
• Organize and take thorough notes of prospect clients.
• Responsible for selling products / primarily through field work to achieve pre-determined revenue target.
• Focuses on acquiring news customers and developing long term relationship with existing customers. Sales are typically achieved through assigned area and accounts.
• Responsible in assessing customer needs and presents the features and benefits of product / service offerings to existing and new customers.

Key Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree holder of any 4-year course.
• Must have at least 2 years and above of sales experience.
• With background working in a construction, automotive, heavy equipment or related industries is a plus.
• Willing to travel within area of responsibility.
• Must have good communication skills both oral and written.
• Good account management and negotiation skills.
