JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking Technical Support Specialist to oversee and maintain our computer hardware and software systems and assist in resolving technical issues concerning customers' accounts or company software infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintains the organization's email system.
2. Monitors server performance and mail routing.
3. Creates user accounts and maintains security levels on databases.
4. Monitors existing messaging infrastructure and server usage, ensuring proper working order.
5. Provides recommendations and plans for improvements to the email network.
6. Effectively create technical documentation of a certain process that will raise teaUpgrade to see actual infombers' familiarity/awareness.

Familiarity/experience in the following are an advantage:

1. Web domain hosting/provider (GoDaddy, Hostgator, Namecheap, etc.)
2. DNS Providers (Cloudflare, Google DNS, OpenDNS, etc.)
3. Virtual Machines (VMWare, VirtualBox, etc.)
4. Cloud Computing Platforms (DigitalOcean, BitLaunch, Linode, etc.)

Good English & typing skills are a must and I’m looking for someone passionate, motivated, and eager to work and learn. We are looking for someone who does not mind repetitive work, who can work fast, and accurately.

This is for a full-time, 40-hour commitment each week and you’ll be expected to provide daily reports for the work you’ve done. I’m only interested in someone looking for long-term employment and a chance to grow with our company. I’m also looking for someone who does NOT have another job or school conflict that would interfere with this position. We can assure you the person we hire will be very happy to be working with us.
