Activities you will be responsible for:
- Enter new files and upload documents to broker portals.
- Extract/split documents.
- Draft documents and send for signatures.
- Order Home Warranty, NHD, Property Profile.
- Send files to clients.
- Support TC’s with any overflow they may need from the week.
- Provide support to the company with special projects, as needed.
- Attend daily stand-ups, weekly tea
- Talk to agents or vendors on the phone
Knowledge/Skills
- Real Estate or related industry preferred
- TC EXPERIENCE IN TEXAS IS REQUIRED
- TC experience in CA is a major plus
- High Attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational abilities
- Great ability to focus
