JOB OVERVIEW

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Full-Time Google Ads Manager to join our small PPC team. As a Google Ads Manager, you will be responsible for setting up and optimizing Google search ads, primarily focusing on lead generation campaigns. You will work with clients, ensuring effective communication and collaboration, while also managing Zoo ---------- etings as necessary. We are a Canadian company working in the PST time zone. We don't need perfect overlap into that timezone, but the closer to 9am to 5pm PST we can achieve, the better.

Responsibilities:

Set up and manage Google search ads campaigns for lead generation, following best practices and leveraging industry trends.
Conduct thorough keyword research and competitor analysis to develop targeted ad groups and ad copy that maximize campaign performance.

Implement conversion tracking and monitor campaign metrics to assess performance and optimize campaigns for maximum return on investment.

Continuously monitor and analyze campaign data, making data-driven decisions to improve ad performance, click-through rates, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators.

Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, strategize ad campaigns, and provide regular updates on campaign progress and ---------- velop and maintain strong client relationships through clear and concise written communication, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns promptly.

Conduct Zoo ---------- etings with clients to discuss campaign performance, present reports, and offer recommendations for campaign optimization (only sometimes, not often required)

Stay up to date with the latest trends, industry developments, and best practices in digital advertising and Google Ads to continually enhance campaign performance.

Qualifications:

Proven experience working as a Google Ads Manager, preferably with a focus on lead generation campaigns. Preferred 3+ ---------- -depth knowledge of Google Ads platform, including search campaign setup, keyword research, ad creation, and optimization techniques.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies to clients in a clear and concise manner.

Experience in client management, demonstrating the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and customer service.

Proficiency in conducting Zoo ---------- etings and remote communication ---------- tail-oriented with strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and innovations in digital advertising and Google Ads.
Google Ads certifications are highly desirable.
