Who we are looking for

We are currently seeking to hire a highly reliable, strategic and innovative Marketing Specialist who shall be responsible for managing the marketing efforts of the company to optimize our online presence and execute effective marketing plans that will convert potential prospects into clients.

Main Responsibilities
Marketing our deals/properties on Facebook to relevant Investor groups;
Creating digital marketing contents and advertisements, email and texting campaigns, writing copy for web and social media platforms (like Facebook), and interpreting online marketing data/analytics;
Organizing the company drive;
Managing website/social media design, contents, SEO development strategies and tracking analytics to ensure all contents are up to date and relevant;
Maintaining and updating listings of available properties;
Keeping updated with company’s training/s;
Has a quick and effective communication at all times via the platforms our company is using, for example email, whatsapp or others; and
Performing other related duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Salary offer: You will receive a base salary of $3 to $5/hour depending on qualifications. Every week payment is sent out on Thursday at the close of the business day.

Work Schedule:

9AM -1PM and 2PM - 6PM EST Monday - Thursday
9:00 AM - 4:00 PM Friday EST (no break)

Core Competencies and Qualifications
With proven working experience in social media marketing-related jobs
Expert in doing marketing campaigns for social media platforms like Facebook, email and texting campaigns, ads and other social media opportunities
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Prior experience in the real estate industry is highly preferred
Excellent communication skills
