AirBNB Cold Caller

We need someone who have a prior cold calling experience and has a very good communication skills in English.

We are a US based company so you will be working 9AM - 5PM EST. Please make sure that you can accommodate working in our time zone.

We give $25 bonus per closing. Potential to make $400 in weekly bonus.

We are looking for enthusiastic cold callers/telemarketers to make outbound calls for our company. You will be responsible for influencing existing or potential leads. A successful telemarketer must be friendly and persuasive. You must be able to understand the customer’s requirements in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs. The ideal candidate will also be patient and cool-tempered to deal with aggressiveness and complaints. A basic salary plus commission awaits the successful candidate.

Qualifications / Skills:
• Show initiative in everything you do and have a great mindset/attitude. Must be a team player
• Cold calling; making multiple calls to multiple types of potential customers
• Performing customized targeted sales strategies
• Schedule appointments for Acquisition Manager / Lead Manager
• Answering potential lead questions and follow-up calls
• Maintaining a record of calls and updating call information
• Engaging customers with questions by following call scripts
• Ensuring all calls are recorded properly and leaving voicemails
• Assisting manager with a day-end report
• Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team

• Must have strong English verbal, written, and communications skills
• Must have an engaging personality over the phone
• Someone who understands that success comes through hard work and tenacity
• Willing to adapt our streamlined processes/systems
• Willing to work on weekends (When Required)
• Comfortable making cold calls and talking to a diverse group of people.
• Must be self-motivated and self-directed
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Tenacity to handle objections / aggressive situations and continue with a positive attitude when reaching the next potential lead
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
• Experience: 1-2 Years of relevant industry experience
