Job Description: Marketing Assistant
Required Qualifications:
• Excellent Communication Skills.
• At least 1 yr. of work experience as a Marketing Assistant
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Products and familiar with using CRM tools.
• Knowledge of using online calendars such as Outlook and Calendly.
• Works in a professional manner.
• Works effectively under minimal supervision.
• Detail-oriented.
Responsibilities:
• To effectively perform ADMIN TASKS such as:
o Note-taking (meeting notes)
o Schedule appointments/meetings.
o Manage the Manager’s Calendar.
o Assist the Manager during presentation preparations etc.
o Assist the Manager in managing the day-to-day tasks, and operational Product Platforms such as Account creation, uploading contacts, and updating information (CRM Tools: Homebot, Total Expert, Salesforce, MBS Highway, MMI)
• Can connect with the Manager at any time to provide assistance and updates.
• Efficiently create paths and delegate tasks, as needed.
• Can create Forms, Social Copies, Upload, and Update requests in CRM Tools.
• Only engage with Nations Lending employees and not with external contacts or borrowers.
System Requirements:
• Connection Speed: at least 25Mbps. with available backup internet.
• Computer/Laptop Specs: Processor i5 or above, 12GB RAM, and at least 512 SSD. A Dual Monitor/Screen is a plus.
