The Digital Ads Coordinator (Paid Search) will be responsible for daily management and analysis of client paid search programs across the major search engines (Google & Bing). They will execute campaign strategies that are in line with the marketing objectives of clients and internal benchmarks. This position will report to the Digital Advertising Strategist (US), and will work cross functionally within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Work with the Digital Advertising Strategist to create successful & scalable SEM campaigns.
Execute & optimize PPC campaigns on a variety of advertising platforms, including Google & Bing.
Examine performance data and enhance campaigns to improve results.
Oversee online advertising budgets and develop budget
Identifying growth opportunities, testing hypotheses, and scale winning tests.
Perform daily operations of accounts and campaigns including actively test and optimize bids, keywords, ads, audiences and landing pages to improve campaign performance.
Provide regular updates on campaign performance to the Digital Advertising Strategist
QUALIFICATIONS
Hands-on experience in building & scaling SEM campaigns
Experience running A/B testing to improve campaign performance
Ability to report on SEM performance & provide detailed recommendations
Knowledge of advertising compliance regulations and best practices.
Continually identifies opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Experience/Skills
Bachelor’s Degree
Agency experience preferred
1-3 years paid search experience in an agency or similar setting
Google Ads Certification
Complete understanding of SEM principles including keyword research, optimizing campaigns for conversions, bid optimizations, landing page optimization, etc.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented and analytical
Highly organized
