Tabletop Miniature Sculptor Zbrush / Blender

Looking for a sculptor to make tabletop miniatures for fantasy races like Dwarfs, Elfs, Orcs, Etc. Needs to be able to communicate clearly in english and be able to make models in 28mm using software like zbrush or blender we would keep all rights to the STL file after payment has been made.
