We've recently expanded and we need you to help us help others while earning a profit!

Job Description:
We need to add two folks to the team. One will be a hybrid role that will serve as both an administrative assistant, lead record manager *and* a cold calling lead generator. The other will be a full time lead generator or "storm chaser" as we like to call it.

The hybrid role will include a variety of tasks including data mining and entry, maintaining and updating prospect lists, skip tracing (including manual deep dive skip tracing), sales flyer and web listing creation and editing, calling and texting while creating meaningful conversation with prospects to find motivated seller leads (storms), and other miscellaneous administrative support tasks.

What you will need
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Computer/Laptop/High Speed Internet
- Quiet place to work 8 hours per day.
- A contagious personality!

Preferences (But not necessarily required)
- Experience with Freedomsoft
- Experience with Mailchimp
- Microsoft Excel Proficiency

Schedule and Pay
- 8-hour shifts/40 hour weeks
- Paid Bi-Weekly or Twice per Month
