Amazing Freedom Group (AF) is seeking an innovative and experienced Social Media & Talent Outreach Specialist to lead our talent acquisition efforts through strategic social media campaigns and ---------- this role, you will utilize your creativity and social media expertise to position AF as an employer of choice, generating valuable content to attract top talent and showcase our diverse portfolio of companies.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy for AF, focusing on talent acquisition, employer branding, and community engagement.

Create and manage a content calendar for AF's social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter, ensuring a consistent and engaging presence.

Utilize social media analytics tools to monitor performance, track engagement, and continuously optimize content and strategies based on data-driven insights.

Reach out to potential candidates through social media platforms, initiating conversations and building relationships to create a robust talent ---------- velop and execute targeted social media campaigns to attract top talent in relevant industries and markets.

Coordinate with hiring managers across AF's portfolio of companies to ensure a seamless and efficient hiring process.

Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices in talent acquisition and employer branding.
