JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for an expert web builder that has strong proficiency in building and maintaining, visually appealing, conversion-focused, and responsive landing pages and websites for the company.

The candidate will also need to be experienced in automation and integrations and be responsible for overseeing and making sure all our backend automation are working smoothly and firing as intended.

The candidate will be required to have a deep understanding of how funnels work, how to integrate multiple platforms/applications together, and what automation are required for each step of a funnel.

We’re looking for someone that can work together with the copywriters and management team to the right information and transform it into ROI-generating pages. The candidate will be required to create wireframes based on the direction and copy from our team and build high-converting websites and landing pages on WordPress as well as Clickfunnels.

The candidate will need to have a deep understanding of UI / UX, webpage structures that convert, how to set up forms, and integrations, and build visually appealing web and landing pages for both of our visions.

This is a full-time role and the candidate will be expected to work within our office hours
between 10 am-7 pm SGT, 5 days a week.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

- Mock-Up Building: Building mockups, and wireframes based on the execution team’s requirements and input on Figma.
- Landing Page Building: Building landing pages based on mockups, wireframes, on WordPress, or Clickfunnels that are visually appealing, conversion-focused, and responsive across all devices. (Desktop, Mobile, Tablet)
- Website/page Building: Building full websites on WordPress or Clickfunnels that are visually appealing, conversion-focused, and responsive across all devices. (Desktop, Mobile, Tablet)
- Static Creatives: Designing and building static creatives for multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, and Youtube) and multiple objectives. (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU)
-Back-end page management and optimization for Web Development: You’ll be responsible for updating, optimizing, and managing back-end plugins to ensure sites run smoothly
- Multiple Account Management: You’ll be building landing pages and websites for multiple purposes that have a $15,000 SGD monthly ad spend
- Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems (e.g. responsiveness): Making sure that the loading speeds of your websites and landing pages are great and that they are optimized for all devices. (Desktop, Mobile, Tablet)
-Automation and Integrations Set-Up: Setting up and checking that all automation and integrations with regards to Calendly, Forms, Email sequences, Membership, and Account creation are running smoothly with no breaks.
-Back-end page management and optimization for automation: You’ll be responsible for updating, optimizing, and managing back-end automation and integrations, with regards to forms, email sequences, and confirmation messages running smoothly and firing as intended.
- Daily Automation and Integrations Management: Manage project’s campaign automation and perform daily checks to ensure all integrations are working and automation is firing as required (Zapier, Drip, Twilio, ActiveCampaign, Convertkit, ClickFunnels, Calendly)
- Breakthrough Implementation: As a Web Builder and Automation Specialist, it will be your responsibility to stay on top of the latest high-converting web and landing page structure, flow, and designs, especially in Singapore.
You’ll be responsible for keeping an active lookout into website and landing page structures that have been working for others and documenting and applying them to our company’s web and landing pages.
- Cross-Team Data Communication: You’ll be responsible for communicating with the team and receiving insights to improve the results/conversion of the web/landing pages that you build for the company.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum of 2 years experience building web and landing pages for clients in multiple industries, especially in education and high ticket coaching
- You’ll need a strong understanding of how to build web and landing pages end to end and be able to do this at quality across different industries and offers. (TOFU | BOFU | Appointments, Webinars, Etc)
- You’ll need to be able to set up and build web and landing pages quickly as you’ll be building multiple landing pages for each project based on different types of funnel setups and flows. (TOFU | BOFU | Appointments, Webinars, Etc)
- With regards to WordPress, being able to identify the right plugins when building the web and landing pages. (eg. DIVI, Elementor, payment page plugins)
- With regards to Clickfunnels, being able to navigate and integrate the right add-ons when building the web and landing pages.
- With regards to prototyping tools such as Figma, being able to build mockups based on the team’s requirements and copy.
- Thorough understanding of the technical aspects of integrations and automation. (The ability to fix breaks quickly and efficiently)
- You’ll need a strong understanding of how to integrate multiple platforms and software and set up automation end to end, doing this on repetition for multiple projects and managing different types of funnel setup and flows
- You’ll need to be able to fix broken integrations and automation quickly as you’ll be managing a few of them concurrently and you need to ensure that all the funnels are running smoothly for
all projects
- You’re able to design and craft static creative designs from templates for Facebook ads
- Bonus: Strong leadership background, with experience in managing teams, creating and executing strategic plans, and fostering a collaborative environment
