Talent Recruiter for 2D Illustrators and Animators

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced recruiter who will help us find and attract top-tier 2D illustrators and animators for our ad agency Novum™. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our creative team, contributing to the growth of our company, and participating in the creation of compelling and memorable campaigns.

Tasks, Responsibilities & Qualifications:

- Identify and source top 2D illustrators and animators in the industry.
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies to attract A-players.
- Work closely with the creative team to understand their needs and ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a recruiting role, preferably within the advertising or creative industries.
- Proven track record of sourcing and hiring top-tier talent.
- Deep understanding of the 2D illustration and animation fields.
