Contract to Hire UX/UI Designer

MIP Digital, a fast-growing tech software company, is seeking a dynamic UX/UI Designer to join our team. We are looking for an innovative individual with a passion for user-centered design and an eye for aesthetic detail. This is a contract-to-hire position, offering a unique opportunity to grow with our company and shape our products.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with our product and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience.
Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to optimize the user interface ---------- tablish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating your skills and experience.
Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools.
Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
Up-to-date with the latest UX/UI trends, techniques, and technologies.

Experience with Wordpress is a plus.
