JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Customer Success Support who is both highly motivated and experienced to become a valuable addition to our team. The primary role of this position is to oversee customer relationships and guarantee their satisfaction with our whitelabeled SaaS. The perfect candidate should possess prior experience working with GoHighLevel.

Responsibilities:
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and success with using our SaaS.
* Serving as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issues, and working with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, and product to resolve them.
* Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to provide our customers with the best possible experience.


Requirements:
* Prior experience with GHL
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
* Proficient in analytical and problem-solving skills
* Capable of working independently or collaboratively as part of a team
* Demonstrated success in managing customer relationships and promoting customer satisfaction
