Customer Relation Associate (Team Lead for BDO)

• Responds to client's inquiries by understanding them; reviewing previous inquiries and responses; gathering and researching information; assembling and forwarding information; verifying client's understanding of information and answer
• To lead the group of Collection Associates
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
• Must have a Bachelor's degree
• Candidate must be 20-35 years old with pleasing personality
• Computer literate. (MS Word, Excel)
• With related working experience is an advantage
JOB SPECIFICATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
As a Customer Relation Associate
• Assisting clients with emergency problems or unexpected situations
• Providing solutions for clients' problems
• Ensuring clients issues are resolved in a timely manner
• Developing and maintaining clients' relationships
• Maintaining records that are essential for both the client and PRDC
As a Team Leader for BDO
• With knowledge in collections
• Set clear team goals and KPIs
• Delegate tasks and set project deadlines
• Oversee day-to-day teams' operation and performance
• Do regular performance evaluation
• Create a healthy and motivating work environment and atmosphere.
JOB TYPE: FULL TIME
SALARY: Php 16000 + Php300 load allowance + Php 500 internet allowance
