Outbound Real Estate Brokerage Caller/ Virtual Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as an Outbound Real Estate Brokerage Caller / Virtual ---------- this role, you will be responsible for making outbound sales calls to real estate brokerage owners in the Northeastern United States. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound sales calls to real estate brokerage owners in the United States within US Eastern Standard ---------- lls will be made as needed between 8 am and 5 pm, totaling 15 hours per week.
Utilize Calendly to schedule appointments efficiently.
Address potential client inquiries by utilizing a FAQ document to secure appointments. Live chat support will be available during calling hours for additional assistance.
Maintain accurate records of all calls and interactions.
Utilize the ---------- program for making calls, leaving voicemails, and sending texts.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent written and verbal English skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Availability to work during US Eastern Standard Time (8 am to 6 pm) for making calls.
Fluent English speaker with clear pronunciation and no accent.
