Job Description:
Compliance Refinery is looking for a talented and experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer with expertise in integrating the CRM platform with PowerBI. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing innovative solutions to meet our business needs.

Responsibilities:
- Design and customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions based on business requirements.
- Develop and maintain CRM plugins, workflows, and custom entities.
- Integrate Microsoft Dynamics CRM with PowerBI for data visualization and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of CRM applications and integrations.
- Provide ongoing support and training to our team to ensure a seamless transition and optimal use of the new system
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the Dynamics 365 system

- Perform data migration and data mapping tasks to ensure seamless integration with PowerBI.
- Maintain excellent communication skills and responsiveness when working with the team and stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer, with at least 1-2 years of hands-on experience.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM configuration, customization, and development.
- Expertise in integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM with PowerBI for data visualization and reporting.
- Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and related development tools.
- Experience with SQL Server and data migration tools.
- Familiarity with Power Platform, including PowerApps and Power Automate, is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
