Aussie Buckets is currently seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and dedicated Marketing Operations Manager to join our vibrant team. As a Marketing Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing our operational team from the Philippines, overseeing daily tasks, and ensuring the highest quality of work from our tea ---------- mbers. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a keen attention to detail.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage a remote team consisting of a Graphic Designer, Video Editor, SEO expert, Hubspot expert amongst others - ensuring optimal performance and results.

Oversee and ensure the efficient and quality completion of daily tasks by operational staff.

Hold operational staff accountable by setting deadlines and ensuring tasks are completed to a high standard.

Hubspot expert - Using Hubspot Marketing, Hubspot Sales, and Hubspot Reporting to deliver reports, make website changes, make and edit workflows, and make and edit pipelines.

Regularly communicate with the Marketing Manager, reporting KPIs and discussing deadlines.

Hire and terminate operational staff as necessary to maintain a team that consistently delivers outstanding results.

Prioritize and multitask effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Experience using TimeDoctor or a similar Staff Accountability software

Reviewing screen recordings from TimeDoctor

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience in a similar role.

(Preferred but not required) Agency & Australian workforce experience

Strong interpersonal skills for effective team communication and management.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

(Preferred but not required) Proficient with Hubspot Marketing, Hubspot Sales, and Hubspot Reporting.

Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.

Strong presentation skills.

Experience in a fast-paced working environment.

Fluent in English.

Availability from 8 am - 5 pm AEST
