US Tax Preparer / Experience Required

Part time or full time. I have a very busy tax practice in the US and am looking for one to three individuals with a thorough knowledge of the US tax system and the preparation of 1040's and 1120's primarily.

Honestly, until I got an email this morning from John Jonas regarding the type of very high end professional talent (legal, investment, banking, tax, etc.) available in the Philippines, I had no idea. My company currently employs three VA's from the Philippines and we are incredibly thrilled with them all thus far and all of whom I found through onlinejobs.ph.

Please let me know the extent of your tax preparation education, experience and knowledge best you can. Please be as detailed as you can.

Have you done any tax preparation for any US based tax firms to date and if so, how long and why are you no longer working for them?

I am willing to train and mentor the right person, but I am not sure I want to start from scratch if I don't have to.....I am looking for someone with a decent background and if they are willing to really learn the trade, they can find a very profitable career with my firm.
