Email Support

I need a VA to respond to my emails in english and in german (can use AI translation tool) for my ecommerce wbesite. The VA will be asked to follow the correct policies of the site when dealing with clients, contacting the supplier for any inquiries on certain orders and keeping track of every refund, return and exchange on an excel sheet. We want someone that is organized!
