Quality Control VA

Are you someone who loves supporting the creative process but can’t stand when things fall outside of the given process? Are you one who keeps everyone in the creative realm on the path to success and are willing to go above and beyond to keep people accountable? If so, you’d be a great fit for the Quality Control VA position!

We’re looking for someone who has an operational background, preferably in a creative space, someone who has a passion for the creative world but is so process driven that they can dig deep into the data, find the smallest error in a video that they’re reviewing to keep up quality control, and support the set up and organization of client edits.

Key Responsibilities Include:
Assist Production operations in day-to-day functions
Review client edits across all stages of the production process and report any technical errors to the Director of Production
Ingest, synchronize, and organize footage inside of Premiere Pro for our in-house and remote editing teams
Daily audits of production data for high-level visibility and company reporting
Support the creation and upkeep of Production processes
