Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face and voice of our company, handling all customer queries through email, social media messages, and comments. We value our customers and require a dedicated professional who can provide them with exceptional support, ensuring their needs are met with enthusiasm and efficiency.

Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service role
* Experience with Shopify and Zendesk is required
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to handle difficult customers with patience and professionalism
* Strong work ethic and high level of integrity

Work Hours:
This is a full-time position requiring a commitment of 40 hours per week. The successful candidate must be willing to work USA hours, between 11 am - 7 pm Central Standard Time. You will have 2 rest days every week.
