UX/UI Designer

Our growing company is looking for a UX/ UI Designer to help support our Customer’s business needs.
Your Responsibilities:
Work closely with project managers, developers, and other designers to create exceptional experiences that span from initial concept to successful ---------- velop visual prototypes of proposed solutions at varying levels of detail, including high-level wireframes, conceptual designs, design presentations, and detailed specifications.
Collaborate closely with team members to deliver customer value through iterative design and development.
Utilize insights gleaned from analytics and customer interactions to help guide business and design decisions.
Contribute to initiatives aimed at scaling experience design standards and streamlining design processes.
Participate in and lead design-thinking exercises to promote cross-functional collaboration and tackle complex design challenges.
You must have:
At least 2 years of experience in website design or user experience design.
Advanced proficiency in user-centered design methodologies, creating mock-ups and prototypes, UI design, including industry-standard best practices in UI and responsiveness for web and mobile
Proven experience defining product strategy and vision
Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to drive results in a collaborative environment
Can work from MON-THU during Eastern business hours
