Amazon and Ebay Bookkeeper VA

Hello we are looking for a full-time bookkeeper VA "WITH EXPERIENCE" for our eBay and Amazon business. Needs to be familiar with google sheets, and Quick books these are all mandatory.

Tasks
-Must be familiar with google sheets, and quick books
-Import and reconciliations of all eBay and Amazon transactions (including the match of payout reports to cash activity)
-Import and reconciliations all cash and credit card transactions
-The availability to communicate with my accountant in the US so he can perform monthly closings.
-Weekly reports of what items are selling VIA our software seller board
-availability to meet with me for weekly calls to talk about the business

This is a long-term position, we need someone that is very positive and has a can-do-anything mindset. Ideally looking for someone with an accounting or engineering background. We are a really fun and motivating company. There will be an opportunity to move up in positions in the company as well as there will be opportunities for raises and bonuses. There will be 13th-month pay as well as paid holidays.
