New York City doctor's office on Park Avenue needs pleasant and friendly VA with good office skills. Job is primarily being personal assistant to head of practice, though you will also need to do light support for professional office.
Your schedule would be Mondays-Fridays 9am-5pm EDT. Must have excellent written and spoken English, since you'll be managing personal appointments by phone and email. We'll provide you with Skype account for US calls.
Salary starts at $500 and can go up to $700 over two year period for working 40 hours per week. We also pay 13th month bonus, anniversary bonus, and other bonuses. We also give paid sick days and paid holidays for long term employees.
Skills Required:
Friendly, upbeat personality
Good written and spoken American English
Absolutely reliable Internet connection
Ability to learn basic software programs
Essential Duties:
- Manage personal calendar, and update the doctor's professional office if needed
- Manage personal email
- File personal health insurance claims, make restaurant reservations, travel arrangements, beauty appointments, etc.
- Light office duties interfacing with her professional office staff
