We are currently looking for a motivated and organized Filipino Admin Assistant to join our rental department at Century 21 Premier Real Estate. The Admin Assistant will be responsible for assisting the rental team in managing properties, handling tenant inquiries, and ensuring smooth operations of the rental department. Some of the key responsibilities are as follows:
• Assist with managing rental properties and ensuring they are well-maintained
• Handle tenant inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Coordinate with property owners and maintenance personnel as needed
• Create and manage rental agreements, invoices, and other necessary paperwork
• Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with lease agreements
• Maintain accurate records and files related to rental properties
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the rental department manage
Requirements:
• Must be fluent in English both in written and speaking
• Experience in handling property management or in a related field is a plus
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Must be detail-oriented and able to work independently
