Description
Talklaunch is seeking a bright, detail-oriented candidate to join our Consumer Digital Marketing Team as the Social Media Monetization Specialist. You’ll manage sales campaigns across Talklaunch’s social media platforms, including Facebook primarily, as well as Twitter, YouTube, Google+, Instagram, Pinterest, and other emerging social platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in marketing, or communications, with two or more years’ demonstrated experience in social media or display marketing. This position will report to the Sr. Manager of Digital Marketing for the Direct to Consumer vertical. This position is remote.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Monitor all social media channels with respect to paid advertising, with a key focus on Facebook.
- Work closely with our internal creative team to align our paid social efforts with our organic content across social platforms, with an emphasis on video.
- Connect with other departments internally to execute paid social media campaigns, such as the web strategy team.
- Create and optimize advertising units for Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube (other channels to follow). There is a major stress on Facebook, specific to video, lead generation, remarketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have experience scaling these programs in a prior role.
- Collect data and analyze social media ad performance.
- This role will also assist with other display, content/native and video marketing campaigns.
Responsibility Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in digital or social media marketing
- Knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Facebook Power Editor, and Google AdWords (Double Click Manager is a plus)
- Basic Photoshop skills (cropping images, adding text to images, etc.)
- Ability to build excel reports
- Knowledge of one of more languages besides English is ideal
- Experience writing ad copy
- Knowledge of A/B split testing, Adobe Analytics and/or Google Analytics experience is valuable
