Primary Job Duties: Shop for properties on Zillow that match company needs, Post fake reviews for our property management company, Inform management when we receive property management inquiries, play support role when placing a new tenant. Other duties related to real estate expansion.

Backup Duties: 5pm-8pm help with incoming company messages and phone calls

Workload and growth opportunities: The workload for this position alone is generally low stress. If you are very fast and do not require babysitting, can work independently, and take initiative, and enjoy a fast paced work environment, after 30 days we allow people to apply for a second position in our company ("double-duty"), which comes with a doubling of rate, and twice as much ---------- experience necessary, some training provided.
