Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with experience in SaaS success management? We're seeking a skilled freelancer to join our team and help us provide exceptional customer service, manage customer accounts, and optimize our SaaS product for customer success.
Responsibilities:
* Generating leads by conducting market research, identifying potential prospects, and developing outreach strategies
* Conducting sales calls and expert-level product demonstrations of our Go High-Level Software to potential clients
* Managing all day-to-day CRM conversations with clients to ensure marketing automation success
* Creating automation and workflows based on client's needs and issues, and setting them up in Go High Level
* Managing the entire account throughout the sales process, including onboarding and ongoing support
* Providing guidance and support to clients to ensure their satisfaction and continued usage of our platform
* Collaborating with our sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in generating leads, conducting sales calls, and closing deals
* Strong technical skills and knowledge of Go High-Level software, as well as other CRM platforms and tools
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to find solutions
* A customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional service and support
