Social Media Manager and Social Seller / DM Sales

HELLO! We're looking for a Rockstar Social Media Manager for a female business coach to create Instagram content, schedule content, generate leads, and reply to leads in the DMs to build relationships and guide them to our courses, programs and services.

Time - This position is about 15 hours per week. 1 day will be 9 hours (to create and schedule content. For example 8am - 5pm) and then it'll be 1 hour / day for the rest of the week to reply to potential clients in the DMs.

Pay - $3.50 - $3.75 USD / Hour, and if you close a deal in the DMs, you will also get paid ---------- USD per closed deal.

You will be responsible for:
- Coming up with social media ideas and copy for Instagram posts
- Speaking in my brand voice
- Scheduling the posts
- Replying to comments and DMs and help with lead generation (sales experience a plus, but not required)

Required Skills:
- Perfect english skills (spelling and grammar)
- Extreme attention to detail
- Know how to use Canva and Instagram
- Know how to edit videos / Reels
- Understanding of customer hopes, dreams, desires, pain points, etc.
- Can write great Hooks and Call-to-Actions (CTAs)
- Can write in the CEO’s “tone of voice”
- You work quickly and efficiently
- You work independently and are a good team player
- Driven and self-motivated (you love what you do and set goals for yourself)
- You have a positive attitude, love what you do and are open to feedback/revisions of work
- You are extremely punctual, reply to the CEO and tea ---------- mbers quickly and show up on time for team calls
- You know how to talk to leads in the DMs to build genuine relationships and close deals (sales background preferred)
