Job Description: Google Ad Specialist (SEO & Google Paid Ads)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Google Ad Specialist to join our team.

As a Google Ad Specialist, you will be responsible for optimizing our online presence through effective SEO strategies and managing Google paid advertising campaigns.

You will work closely with our marketing team to understand goals and implement targeted campaigns across various Google platforms, including Google Performance Max, Search Ads, Display Ads, Shopping Ads, YouTube Ads, Discover, and Gmail Ads.

Your expertise in search engine optimization and Google advertising will be crucial in driving increased brand awareness, generating leads, and maximizing conversions.

Responsibilities:

-Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve website visibility, and organic search rankings, and drive targeted traffic.
-Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and website audits to identify optimization opportunities.
-Implement on-page SEO techniques, including meta tags, content optimization, URL structure, and internal linking to improve website rankings.
-Manage off-page SEO activities, including link building, social media promotion, and online reputation management.
-Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics and other relevant tools to identify areas for improvement.
-Stay up to date with industry trends and search engine algorithm changes to adapt strategies accordingly.
-Create and manage Google paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Performance Max, Search Ads, Display Ads, Shopping Ads, YouTube Ads, Discover, and Gmail Ads.
-Develop and optimize ad creatives, targeting strategies, and bidding options to maximize campaign performance and ROI.
-Conduct A/B testing and perform data analysis to identify campaign insights and make data-driven optimizations.
-Monitor and track campaign performance, providing regular reports and recommendations to clients.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, content creators, and developers, to ensure the alignment of SEO and advertising strategies.
-Stay updated on Google Ads best practices, new features, and industry trends to implement innovative strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field (preferred), or 5 years experience without degree.
-Proven work experience as an SEO Specialist or Google Ad Specialist.
-In-depth knowledge of search engine optimization techniques, Google Ads platforms, and related tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Keyword Planner, Search Console).
-Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
-Excellent understanding of PPC advertising principles, campaign management, and optimization strategies.
-Experience in managing and optimizing Google paid advertising campaigns, including Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, Discover, and Gmail Ads.
-Proficient in using analytics and reporting tools to track campaign performance and provide insights.
-Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website development principles.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and tea ---------- mbers.
