We are a fast-moving SEO agency in Australia looking for talented, efficient and awesome Link Building Specialists for part-time or full-time positions.


About The Role

As a link building specialist you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with bloggers and websites across various industry specific niches in order to build a range of links ranging from low, medium to high domain authority. Your role will also include working with a team based in the Philippines as well as our Australian team to execute these strategies.
Objectives:
- Seek and seize opportunities for links
- Understand niche relevance to ensure that the links are highly relevant - Understanding link tiers and quality

We are looking for a freelancer to work as part of a team to help build white-hat backlinks for SEO purposes. We can offer the following:
- Roughly 20-40 hours per week
- Working in a team-based environment with access to top SEO specialists around the world

Responsibilities:

- Understand the role backlinks play in SEO (search engine optimization) - Possess a sound understanding of white hat link building strategies in order to acquire relevant backlinks
- Possess a sound understanding of what an effective backlink profile looks like
- Research and identify potential websites and networks for outreach - Possess effective and clear communication skills
- Willingness to go above and beyond to find the right contact - Ability to perform regular follow-ups with email outreach
- Be available for weekly meetings with the Australian & Philippines team
- Ability to maintain and monitor the regular acquisition of backlinks - Proficient in using SEO tools such as: SEMRush, AHrefs, Moz - Ability to learn how to effectively use internal tools and communicate with your team
- Report to the team and your managers with transparency


The Preferred Candidate will:

- Stellar communication skills to be able to liaise with bloggers, websites and networks.
- Effective time management skills to run multiple outreach emails to relevant websites for link building purposes.
- Have an understanding of how to prospect for new domains
- You are highly organised and can work on multiple link building projects at a given time.
- You can work autonomously and use your initiative to get things done within a team environment
- You have an AWESOME energy and a positive, can-do attitude - You’re willing to take direction from multiple people within the team to focus and get your work done
- Have a basic understanding of SEO, and then learn more about SEO from our talented team of experts.
- Have a basic understanding of link building and how it works. - Keep updated on both white hat and black hat SEO strategies to stay up to date within search engine guidelines
