Job Title: CRM and Sales Systems Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to manage our CRM, Lead Nurturing, and Sales Systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining these systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. The candidate will work closely with the sales, marketing, and customer service teams to understand their needs and requirements and translate them into effective system solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, implement, and maintain CRM, Lead Nurturing, and Sales Systems to support business objectives
• Identify and implement system enhancements to improve productivity, efficiency, and customer experience
• Develop and manage data quality protocols and ensure data accuracy across all systems
• Monitor and analyze system performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize system requirements and ensure effective communication and alignment
• Provide training and support to end-users on system functionality, best practices, and procedures
• Develop and manage system documentation, including user guides, standard operating procedures, and training materials
• Stay up-to-date on emerging trends, best practices, and technologies related to CRM, Lead Nurturing, and Sales Systems
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience managing CRM, Lead Nurturing, and Sales Systems
• Strong understanding of CRM, Lead Nurturing, and Sales Systems concepts, principles, and best practices
• Demonstrated experience designing and implementing successful system solutions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
