Model Acquisition Specialist

Our company is seeking a talented and driven individual to join our team as an Instagram Model Acquisition ---------- this role, you will be responsible for finding and recruiting new talent for our agency by utilizing your skills in social media and digital marketing.

Responsibilities:

Identify potential models on Instagram by searching for relevant hashtags, profiles, and industry trends.
Create and implement a comprehensive outreach strategy to connect with potential models, introduce our agency, and gauge their interest in joining our team.
Work closely with the rest of the agency team to ensure that we are meeting our recruitment goals and maintaining a high level of quality in our talent pool.
Stay up-to-date on the latest social media and digital marketing trends and best practices for Instagram model acquisition.
Provide daily reports on outreach efforts, including the number of DMs sent, leads generated, and any relevant feedback.

Requirements:

In-depth knowledge of Instagram and social media best ---------- monstrated ability to work independently, meet goals, and manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
A second phone (ideally an iPhone) for business use.

Regardless of experience, you will receive full training for the role in the form of videos, PDFs, and ongoing support from our marketing team. As our business grows, you will have the opportunity to manage your own team of VAs.
