JOB OVERVIEW

I am looking for somebody to assist me with managing guests on airbnb and vrbo, updating listing, screening of guest profiles, calendar management, claims, pricing, cancellations and taking payments.

There will also be some administration, making phone calls to various vendors, creating profit & loss statements, verifying all properties have their supplies etc.

We would prefer somebody who is able to bring their experience and provide feedback on how we can improve our systems and processes. If you see there is anything we can improve, please let us know.

Experience with Stripe is an asset, but not mandatory.
Experience with Uplisting is an asset, but not mandatory.
Experience with Quickbooks is an asset, but not mandatory.
Experience with BNBTally is an asset, but not mandatory.

Experience with PriceLabs preferred.
Experience with VRBO preferred.
Experience with Google Programs (Drive, Spreadsheets, Forms, Docs, Maps etc) preferred.
Experience with Turno (TurnoverBNB) is preferred.

Mandatory items:
- Somebody who is capable of doing tasks on their own.
- Somebody who is okay with working 10-20 hours per week.
- Somebody who is okay with working weekdays and weekends, in the morning between 9am-1pm. (We are EST)
- Somebody who is okay with doing some remote work at any other time throughout the day.
- Somebody who is excellent in English both written and spoken
