We are an early stage startup and are hiring for Data Specialists to help us grow.

We’re looking for a Data Specialist to join our fully-remote workforce and become a key part of Woflow’s global data delivery efforts. Our Data Specialist team is the pulse of Woflow, ensuring all data tasks are completed quickly and effectively using Woflow’s suite of proprietary software tools for multiple lines of business (LOB’s). A Data Specialist handles all aspects of the data structuring and standardization process for clients.

Responsibilities
Work closely with the team to ensure output targets are accurately met on ---------- e Woflow’s proprietary suite of tools to perform a variety of data structuring and standardization tasks
Attend Quality and Development meetings and keep up to date with all learning/training materials
Communicate reliably and effectively with all tea ---------- mbers via proper channels (email and ---------- )
Identify key problems or issues with the data structuring and standardization process as they arise

Requirements
Min. 6 months experience in data entry or data processing -- BPO and/or menu transcription experience is a strong plus
English language: native or bilingual proficiency
Organized and detail-oriented
Flexible: amenable to work on weekends or be on night shift (as our clients are mostly from North America).
Curious and driven
Multi-tasker and has superb time management skills

This is a pay per task / output opportunity, hence a Data Specialist can earn more depending on the volume of correctly encoded work.
