Sales Rep/ Appointment Setter/ Recuiter

Exp Realty, a leading real estate brokerage, is seeking a highly motivated Appointment Setter to join our ---------- this role, you will be responsible for contacting potential real estate agents and setting appointments for them to meet with our recruiting team. You will be the first point of contact for many agents and will play a critical role in recruiting talented real estate professionals to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential real estate agents and introduce them to the exp Realty brokerage team
Explain the benefits of joining our team and answer any questions they may have
Schedule appointments for real estate agents to meet with our recruiting team
Follow up with agents who express interest in joining our team
Document all interactions and maintain accurate records in our customer relationship management system
Work closely with the recruiting team to identify key targets and develop a comprehensive outreach plan
Collaborate with other members of the team to optimize recruiting strategies and meet team goals
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
At least 1-2 years of experience in sales or appointment setting
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time management skills
Comfortable working with technology and learning new tools
Familiarity with the real estate industry is a plus
