I am looking for a long term virtual assistant, there will be many admin tasks they might include
- Transcription (transcribing voicemail, video or audio, podcasts etc.)
- Creating basic reports (reports on weekly tasks, deliverables, sales)
- Preparing Slideshows (Google Powerpoint Presentations)
- Manage and update Social Media Accounts
- Posting blog posts on an adhoc basis (Basic WordPress Skills)
- Adhoc researching
- Preparation of timely and accurate presentations and reports using Microsoft office applications including Word, Power Point and Excel.
- Management of social media accounts platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Youtube)
- Basic website maintenance and blog management
Requirement
- Basic understanding of business operation, including budgeting, creating business and marketing plans, contracts and agreements and time management
- Good organizational skills
- Good spelling, grammar and punctuation skills
- Presents information both clearly and concisely and regularly confirms correct interpretation of information.
- Very high standard of communication skills both written and oral for the presentation of facts and ideas.
- Written communication must be clear, concise, easy to read and comprehend
Essential Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Extensive computer and internet literacy
- Prior experience in an administration role
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all output
- Proficiency with advanced Microsoft Office applications including Word, Power Point and Excel or similar Google applications
