Virtual Assistance for Personal Insurance Products

CoVerica Insurance is a U.S. based insurance agency. We are looking for a virtual assistant to join our personal insurance service team. We are a close-knit family-oriented company, looking for someone to collaborate with our team. Our team would train and work with you to teach you the skills you need to do this role.

Types of projects you would be doing:
-Entering insurance policy information into insurance company websites for changes to policies
-Basic data processing
-Downloading and uploading information from and to insurance companies.
-Other clerical work as needed.

Skills Required:
-Excellent typing skills
-Excellent spoken and written English
-Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook skills.
-Attention to detail.
-Insurance experience is a PLUS!
