B2B outbound sales rep

Position: B2B Outbound Sales Representative

What You Will Do

- Reach out and call businesses to offer our security camera systems and installation service.
- Hit and exceed sales targets.
- Cultivating customer relationships with clients ranging from managers, directors, owners and CEOs.

Who you are

- Outgoing and extroverted individual that is comfortable speaking to new prospective clients.
- Passionate individual with a strong drive to win and exceed sales targets.
- Can work independently with little supervision.
- Previous experience or work in sales
-Previous experience calling on owners and C level at medium to large enterprises
-Detail oriented at keeping track of prospects
-Great communication skills to communicate with other sales reps and installers

- Base salary Php 20,000 basic pay + commissions at 2.5% of sales.. If you are successful and driven - your commissions should be more than your salary.

Qualifications:

- At least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related role.
- Previous background in cold calling, sales, telemarketing, or tele sales.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Can speak English fluently and clearly
- Can work – (U.S. California Time Zone 9am to 1pm or 1pm to 5pm)
