My Preschool Place is a dynamic and fast-growing company looking to expand our digital footprint on YouTube. We're seeking a skilled and innovative YouTube Manager who can help us elevate our brand and community engagement through our newly launched YouTube channel.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement an innovative, comprehensive YouTube strategy, with a focus on audience growth, content development, and optimization.
Collaborate with our creative team to produce high-quality, engaging, and unique content that aligns with our brand identity and appeals to our target audience.
Edit and refine video content for optimal viewer engagement, aiming to create viral content that maximizes exposure and drives viewer retention.
Utilize analytics tools to monitor, review, and report on channel performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize future content and strategy.
Stay up-to-date with YouTube trends, SEO optimization, and platform updates to leverage new tools and strategies effectively.
Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to cross-promote content across multiple platforms.
Manage and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner, fostering a strong community of followers.
Qualifications:

A minimum of 3 years of experience managing and growing a YouTube channel, with a track record of creating viral content and significantly increasing channel views and subscribers.
Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
A deep understanding of YouTube algorithms, SEO, metadata, and other key factors that contribute to growing a YouTube channel.
Strong storytelling skills and the ability to transform raw footage into compelling, concise, and engaging videos.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Creative thinker with a keen eye for trends and viral content potential.
