Patient Collections/Phone Calls

This person must have EXCELLENT verbal and communication skills with an American accent.

Expectations for this role: Dental knowledge, Comfortability discussing patient balances while understanding how to read their ledger to go over ---------- tablish payment plans, if needed, HIPAA Compliant, and the ability to understand different platforms to accept payments. They must have a home office with a designated computer for professional use to download an app for inbound and outbound calls. This person must be detail-oriented and able to multi-task.

This person will be handling all inbound and outbound calls, collecting balances on patients' accounts, and be willing to work our US-based hours from 9 am to 5 pm CST (Chicago Time), 3 days a week, and 11 am to 7 pm CST, 2 days per week. Open Dental Software knowledge is desired but not required.
