We’re a performance-based marketing agency; we get paid based on how successful our results are! We do our best to give everyone on our team incentive-based pay, meaning there is no limit to what you can make from your work!

Your core mission is to analyze, optimize, and scale our clients' ad accounts based on their targets and goals. Your success is measured based on our clients’ success.

Pay is negotiable and unlimited depending on the level of skill.

Requirements:

-You MUST be fluent in English with excellent grammar
-You MUST have proof of hands-on Meta ads or tik Tok ads experience
-You MUST be data-driven and results-oriented
-You MUST understand the DTC marketplace
-You MUST be a system builder
-You MUST be dynamic and can adapt quickly
