JOB DESCRIPTION

If you're a skilled recruiter with a knack for creating positive candidate experiences and have experience recruiting for both US and PH-based talent, we'd love to hear from you!
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their team's needs and create job descriptions that accurately reflect the position requirements
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sourcing strategy for both US and PH-based candidates to attract top talent across multiple channels
- Screen and interview candidates to ensure they meet the requirements of the position and are a cultural fit for our company
- Manage the entire hiring process from initial contact through offer negotiation, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout
- Utilize data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of our hiring process and make data-driven decisions to improve it over time
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruiting to ensure our process remains competitive and effective
WHO YOU ARE
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably in the home goods or retail
- Demonstrated success in sourcing and attracting top talent in a competitive market
- Experience working on US job boards, including Indeed, ZipRecruiter and LinkedIn; experience working on PH job boards, such as onlinejobs.ph and Upwork
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers
- Superb English skills (native speaker proficiency)
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and other recruiting software
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field is preferred
