Customer Service Agent (Gorgias)(Afternoon Shift)

We are looking for a competent customer service agent, with experience using Gorgias, who is able to work 40 hours a week, from (14:00-20:00 Philippines) Monday to Friday inclusive.

You will using Gorgias to replying to customers emails & DMs. You'll need to resolve customers issues, including refunds, tracking updates and missing orders.

You'll report into a UK based head of customer service.

Pay is $3USD an hour.
