Website Builder-Leadpages and Active Campaign and logo

I need a website built on my platform Leadpages and to integrate with Active campaign. Very basic in design for now, but will need to be added to as we grow. Also A basic logo ( I already have some basic ideas) This is for a new real estate property management company in Florida. I have another business that is growing , and I need help with the tech and VA services on that one too- potentially managing google SEO and ad campaigns, but this is not required for this particular gig.
