- Respond to incoming phone calls, text messages, and
- Answer questions about our products and services, including helping strategically guide clients on which services they should book based on their concerns.?
- Process purchases over the phone.?
- Schedule and reschedule appointments upon request from the client.?
- Respond to any client concerns with empathy and a customer-service mindset prior to forwarding the issue to be handled by upper management.?
- Contact clients overdue for appointments or who have expiring rewards to help get them scheduled for services.?
- Ability to quickly build rapport with current and prospective clients, making each client feel valued while instilling confidence in our ability to help them. This requires the ability to think quickly and strategically while on the phone.?
- Strong computer skills, including using the ability to use multiple software programs simultaneously.?
- Self-motivated to take on tasks that promote business growth.
