Food Technologist

JOB SUMMARY

The role involves production process development and production support, quality assurance and control. The candidate is expected to carry out technical duties with minimal supervision.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Generate new product ideas.
2. Modify and improve existing food production process.
3. Ensuring that food safety standards are met.
4. Conduct quality check of raw materials, in-process and finished goods.
5. Address product complaints and formulate corrective actions for non-conformance.
6. Research current consumer markets and latest technologies to develop new product concepts.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

A. Education: Graduate BS Food Technology
B. Skills : Creative, Innovative
C. Work Experience : At least One year experience, experience in product development is an advantage
