SR. LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT

-Must be a college graduate of Landscape Architect
-Preferably License Landscape Architect
-Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Sr. Landscape Architect
-Responsible for the design and implementation of large-scale landscaping project
-Senior landscape architects may also be tasked with overseeing junior staff members or interns who help them complete their projects.
-Communicating with clients, contractors, designers, and other team members to keep projects on schedule and on budget
-Conducting research to identify current trends in design, building materials, and construction methods
-Preparing estimates of construction costs based on design specifications and project scope requirements
-Preparing bids for construction projects and overseeing bidding process
-Creating detailed construction drawings and specifications for projects, including designs for new construction or renovations.
